I lost my job last year, my number got suspended, could obviously not call Vodacom myself to make arrangements, Vodacom refused to deal with my wife, it took me three months to find out what my outstanding balance was, when I eventually found out what the balance was, I settled the account, received a new sim card and my old number back, and still using it, just to fin out today that I have been listed as a bad payer... thank you Vodacom for ruining my credit record... to make matter worse, I don't even have the original phone I got with the contract, because almost two months ago, I took the phone in for battery issues I was experiencing, when I eventually got the phone back, it came with a cracked screen, and Vodacom blames the courier company for that, however, im still paying my account religiously every month... but now have a bad credit record and no phone... I would like to know how Vodacom plans on rectifying this un acceptable UP..Wesley Rayners
