Great Assistance at Vodacom Counte

I would like to commend the staff at the Vodacom counter at the Hyde Park branch of Dion Wired. After purchasing a Samsung tablet on contract at the Woodmead branch on Wednesday 24 July, I experienced difficulties in connecting the device to the Vodacom network. As the Hyde Park branch was closest to my office, I went to the Vodacom counter there at around 13:00 on Friday 26 July. The staff there were immediately able to assist and ascertained that the original consultant at the Woodmead branch neglected to activate the LTE access on my new contract. I was however not immediately convinced and at one stage 4 consultants were assisting me in confirming that the problem has been fixed, which it had indeed. I did not get any names but was very impressed with their service and commitment - thank you to everyone there!
