If you are lucky enough to get through to the call center to report a fault, which did take me about 10 attempts, to report that you line is not working - you will receive a reference number and a very quick SMS confirming your report.
The SMS gives you a false sense of Telkom's actual intention to arrive and fix your problem. I cannot fathom how any person or organisation could publically endorse their own service and services when they cannot deliver.
