I wanted to get a new data contract from either Dion Wired or Incredible connections in Woodlands over the weekend of 6-7 April 2013 - (a data contract for a notebook).

The problem is that firstly the suppliers do not have stock, but the most important problem is the Vodacom systems.

Firstly the system at Dion Wired in Woodlands was offline on Sataurday and then when I went back on Sunday they were still offline.

Upon going to the Incredible connections (also on Sunday) shop I was not able to get a contract as all the deals have expired on the Saturday and on Sunday they were not able to help me.

I feel that existing vodacom customers such as myself should be able to walk in walk out especially since I have such a good track record as a customer of Vodacom for nearly 7 years. I expected more from Vodacom - convenience quick service etc.

The staff at both stores are friendly and helpful, but can do nothing without a reliable Vodacom system.
