MTN Direct incompetence and passing the buck

On 23/12/2013 I upgraded my contract to an advertised in the MTN December booklet, Anytime 350 contract. I did this through MTN Direct. Spoke to Nomaza. Ref UV127548
This contract was for a Samsung S4 Mini on MTN Aytime 350 which included the phone, R350 airtime, 350 sms's, 350mb Data 150mb Data (500mb total) per month.
The phone was delivered on 30/12/2013 at 17:00
On 31/12/2013 after activating the new provided SIM card, I found the SIM to be incorrect. I was told by the MTN staff telephonically to buy a SIM swop card from MTN.
I opted to buy a SIM adapter.
On checking my available airtime/data/sms bundle, I found that the wrong package was loaded by MTN.
Since then I have spoken to Zahid Kola, Ernest Mngoma, Cindi, Suniel, Themba Ncube and a few others in trying to resolve the problem. Everytime I am given an excuse, apology, reference number. I sent 4 mails with all these details to MTN customer care.
On 08/01/2014 Mr Mike Saunders promised resolve this within a few hours. Still waiting.
I am stuck with a wrongly logged contract. Meanwhile my data is running out and will be charged out of bundle HELP
