Incorrect contract activation after upgrade

I completed an upgrade on the 18th of May 2013 with migration on 21st of May 2013. I simply upgraded to a Galaxy S4 and with it renewed my MTN anytime 200 contract to new one as advertised. During this period MTN was running a promotion and I was told that if the contract is renewed I will also receive a 200MB internet data bundle, and 200 SMS's bundle and an additional 30 min of airtime. When my account was processed on the 21st of May 2013 I only received the standard R 200 in airtime and 25 SMS's. I also had to purchase a micro Sim card for R136. The activation of this sim card did not work and I had to go back to the shop to get it redone. I phoned customer services and they told me the problem with not receiving my 200MB data and SMS's is with the Sasolburg Mtn branch. Ref no 100408753 and 100542146. I went back to the store and was told Mtn has a problem with allocating these new data and SMS packages. I was also told that I was getting this for free and just have to wait until Mtn will send me an SMS stating that my data and SMS's are loaded. Today the 29th of May still no 200MB data or 200 SMS's.
