MTN do Not honour their Agreements

I recently upgraded my cell phone contract (MTN TopUp500) and was promised the following on the package:
500 anytime min, 500MB data, 500 SMS's, 60 min MTN to MTN Calls 150MB free additional data every month.

So I upgraded, on 20 November 2013!
Later that day, I again confirmed the contract I had taken with MTN and received confirmation and a call reference (Call Ref: 106314182).

To date I have received 150MB Data per month and not 650MB as agreed causing me to run out of data within a few days and then airtime a few days later as the data then used my airtime.
Now when I call MTN, I am told that my package only included 150MB Data and the special package refered to above is for "Open" line customers only. -This is NOT what I agreed to/signed up for, but MTN just advise they will investigate.

I am sorry I ever upgraded with MTN and would NEVER have signed the contract at the values MTN are saying I get.

To me, MTN's approach looks to be - tell your customer anything, get them to sign a contract then give them something else!

Try call MTN 0831808, see how long you have to wait each time!
I have spent hours on the phone all to no avail - very poor customer service!
