Incorrect Bundle

I renewed my MTN 350 package (R350 Airtime, 350mb with an additonal free 150mb bundle and 350 sms)
Renewal date was 22 October 2013. When I received my bundle on 21 November 2013, it consisted of the following:
R350 airtime... but only 150mb data and 50 sms.

It also shows a 150mb Iphone allocation. I have a Samsung S4 and never owned an Iphone.

This is not what i signed up for and total breach of contract from MTN.

Now with my data bundle almost finished, I will have to pay out of bundle rates.

Sheer incompetence from MTN.
