Pathetic customer service

I WENT TO MTN SMARTSURV BLDG 2/01/2014. THEY WERE OUT OF THE 10 INCH SAMSUNGTABLET(? 52200) ON A CONTRACT FOR R239 PER MONTH. THE SALES LADY THAT HELPED ME (ANNIE) ASSURED ME THEY WERE GETTING IN STOCK THE NEXT DAY AND WOULD RESERVE A TABLET FOR ME WHICH SHE PROCESSED. SATURDAY 4/01 SHE CALLED ME TO CONFIRM SHE HAD MY TABLET (IN BLACK) I ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY IN WHITE TO WHICH SHE RESPONDED NO. I SAID TO HER I WAS WORKING ALL WEEKEND AND WOULD COLLECT THE TABLET ON MONDAY. MONDAY I GO TO MTN AND ANOTHER SALESMAN THEN TELLS ME THEY GAVE MY TABLET TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER BECAUSE IT WAS POPULAR AND IN DEMAND & SENIOR MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THEM TO. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SENIOR MANAGER. HE COMES THERE WITH AN ATTITUDE, SAYS WELL SORRY THEY DONT HAVE IN STOCK NATIONWIDE, CALLS A BUDDY AT VANGATE MALL (ALSO NO STOCK) AND SAYS TO ME... SORRY. THEY CANT HELP ME. THE SUPPLIER IS OUT OF STOCK.
REALLY??? IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT CLIENTS AFTER YOU CONFIRMED THE HANDSET IS THERE FOR ME? THIS IS HOW U TREAT LOYAL CLIENTS THAT HAS BEEN WITH MTN SINCE THE 90'S???
NO EFFORT TO SAY AS SOON AS THEY GET STOCK, THEY WILL LET ME KNOW OR OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE. ITS PATHETIC THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE.
