I have been waiting patiently for Vodacom to stock the Samsung N8020 Tablet. After speaking to Morne at the Greenstone branch on Tuesday 12 Feb 2013, he assured me that there will be stock delivered on Thursday 14 Feb 2013. When he didn't call me to confirm the delivery, i went into the store to find out what was going on. He assured me that the stock was booked out to them and was on route. When we called again just after 12pm of Friday 15th Feb 2013, the tablet had still not been delivered.

Is this the new way of the future? Is poor service the only service we get these days?
