I applied for Lenovo Tablet A300 of 129, everything was approved and an amount of 129 debited from my account although they promised to call me before all is processed as i wanted to set a limit on the simcard for data usage.
i called them yesterday seen i have seen the debited aount, and the agent could not trace me. i receieved a call from them about and houe ago and they seemed not to be sure of my application as they asked what i have applied for. he later told me that the tablet was out of stock but they had already deducted the money from my account.
i requested a refund and was told it will only be processed friday and are not sure when i will get it,
i believe they should have deducted once they were sure that the device was in stock, and they are not even sure when the lenovo tablet will be in stock
