Bad service

I went to MTN on monday during my lunch hour and waited in the queue. Eventually got to speak to Lulwando, who informed me that the device I want to upgrade to (Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1" Tablet) is not in stock. He promises to phone me back on the same day with an update as to if they got stock in during the day or if not, when I can expect stock. Of course, he doesn't phone (what a surprise - not). I decided to phone him this morning (tuesday) to find out if they have stock only to find out that he only comes in at 11. The gent that answered the phone assures me that they have stock and that I can come in and get my Tablet. So again, I go in to Centurion Mall and stand in the queue for 15min. Eventually Lulwando spots me and comes to tell me that the stock for the tablet has not arrived. All he can say is sorry for not phoning me yesterday (he was to busy!!) So now I spent my lunch time for two days in a queue with nothing to show for it but a half hearted apology...
