I returned a faulty tablet to cellc store on 25 September (two days after it was delivered to me). They have failed to replace the tablet since then. Everytime I call the call centre I am told to go to the store and evrytime I go to the store I am told they don't have the tablet in stock and that I should come the following day. At one point the manager even promised to deliver to deliver the tablet himself at my house the following day but he never did. Because I was fed up with their I asked to cancel the contract. Even that proved to be difficult for them to do as they keep telling me their system is down. Its been almost a month now and still I don't have the tablet but they will be billing me for a product I don't have. Cell c is a. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years but I don't see myself renewing my contract with them. Please replace my tablet or cancel this contract already!
