FNB has no stock of the tablet

I have been a client of fnb for 12 years and never expected service like this from them.
on 5 April 2013, i got a phone call from digital planet couriers to get my delivery details for a tablet that i had ordered.
i have since had to follow up for a reference number. i have thus been told that FNB does not have stock of the tablet and will be receiving their stock this week. i am now currently on the phone with them and i have just been told that i would have to wait another week for the stock.
please tell me since when it has been the customers responsibility to find out when their tablets will arrive.
this is unacceptable. i have now come to a point where i am about to change banks if these monkeys do not deliver my tablet very soon. i am sick and tired of all the excuses.
