So disgusted I am by the service received from Vodacom Repair Centre in Midrand (VodaWorld). After promising and sending me messages that they will repair my phone. When I booked it in - 30 April, I received a call 2 days later from the lady that booked the fone in telling me they can repai the water damage unit for abt R300 or I can take a refurbished fone for R800. I opted for the R300 and she ok'ed..Then they send me text messages updating me of the progress of the repairs, to my surprise, when I collected the phone - it was never repaired and all I'm told was that they could not repair it. And this after a month of promising me they will repair it and sending me sms that it is in the repair process, what? I am done with Vodacom and their. When I left the customer care centre, the team leader promised me someone from the repair centre will call me and explain. It is 4 days later and no common courtesy from anyone in Vodacom to explain to me what happened. Now I am still stuck with a phone that cannot be used. I have 3 contracts with Vodacom and when the contacts has reached end of term, I will definitely not renew - I will take my business somewhere else - I am so disgu
