It is now over 6 weeks since my BB9900 has been for repairs. Vodacom, Northgate has still not been able to get my phone back from Roelene from he advanced repair centre. CONSULTANT RESPONSE was quick but i am still without my phone becaus your Advanced repair centre is "useless" and who u, VODACOM shud use "less". Lester the manager from Vodacom Northgate says every day that he is still waiting. SO! SO! SO! FRUSTRATED, DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY.Vodacom-you have not resolved my problem DESPITE THAT YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.
