My sim card has not been activated. Its been 24hours and its clear now that I'm waiting for something that was not even recorded at the shop. As per the lady I spoke to (Sbonglie Mtlakatso) the call centre can't assist and I have to go back to the shop. The numbers listed on the internet are useless as no one answers. So I'm sitting with a new phone which I can't use!!!
All my encounters with mtn have been bad and now I want to cancel the whole upgrade.
