Worst Service EVER!!

I applied for a contract through Nashua Mobile using Cell C as the service provider and it got approved and i received my Iphone on Tuesday the 30th of April 2013. i was told to give the phone 24hours to be activated on Rica so i would be able to use the Internet on the phone.

i waited 24hours for the SIM to be activated and nothing happened so i then phoned Nashua Mobile (Glen) and told them about this problem and they told me that the SIM wasn't activated when i received the phone and that i need to go back into the shop to get a new SIM and to get it activated. i did this and they gave me a new SIM card and i was told again to wait 24hours for it to be activated. 24hours came and went and nothing happened.

i then phoned Nashua again and they told me that it was a problem between Cell C and Rica. i then got hold of Cell C and asked them what is the problem and then they told me that Nashua needs to activate my SIM. so i then phoned Nashua again yesterday (09/05/2013) and they told me that they will active the SIM and by 1pm today all should be sorted...

BUT IT IS NOT!!!

i have had this phone for almost 2 weeks and i haven't been able to do a single thing on it!!!
