Upgrade Nightmare

So in the third week of trying to upgrade 2 contracts then waiting for stock that never came, the picking phones they do have in stock approved and receiving the phones that now need micro sim card that we also received the lady told us at the shop she did a sim swop. Yesterday telling us that by last night the sim cards wil be active. So this evening after suspecting problems as our old sim card was all this time still on the air I phones the customer care tellling me that there is no order for the sim swops after reding the card numbers. Phoning the shop again the man told me no that sim swop wil only go through the end of the month that I could not understand so I phone a second time and the same lady picked up from the previous day telling me no she is busy with it and wil call me just no. Shop already closed 5 o clock so what now do these people receive training before working in this stores? Now we sit with phones we can't even use
