Mtn - bad service

On Saturday afternoon I went to MTN to get my new upgrade. I had to get the new small sim-card for my Samsung S4 Mini. Unfortunately my new sim-card is still not activated on my new phone and I have to carry my old phone with me in case MTN decides to activate it. On Monday evening I phoned 808 so I could find out when it will be activated, they said it would be activated on Tuesday. So after I waited again I went to MTN on Tuesday and asked them when it will be active. They said it would be between 2 and 24 hours. It has been 24hours and it's still not activated. I am very disappointed it's almost been 5 days and still I can't use my new phone. USD-2578587. Call ref: 103437945
