Paying for no phone for over a month and no help

I upgraded my phone contract less than 4 months ago and received a brand new HTC ONE cellphone. Within two months the camera's photos started displaying a purple hue. I took the phone to Menlyn repair centre on 5 December 2013 where it was sent in for repairs (job number 9438763). It is now more than a month later and I still do not have it back (not for a lack of trying). The repair centre's phone line is disconnected (try it: 012 3484810) and going there does not help, I just get sent from shop to shop. I have tried to call numerous other vodacom numbers as with no luck, I am either given the wrong numbers or sent back to vodashops which cannot give me answers or they say they will call me back - which does not happen. I would really like to have my cellphone back but I'm not getting any answers from anyone at vodacom.
