Customers not allowed to contact shop via phone

I have been trying to contact the MTN Service Centre located at the Garden Route Mall, George but the listed number for them goes directly to the MTN call centre. How am I supposed to contact them regarding the upgrade requests that was done there on 2 March 2013?

I can't go to the shop in person because they are 60kms away in a neighbouring town.

Please arrange that someone from that shop contact me at the numbers I supplied them with.
