AVAILABLE BUT TAKES 24HOURS TO CLEAR???

I TRANSFER MONEY FROM BY DEBIT CARD TO CREDIT CARD TO WITHDRAW BECAUSE THE LIMIT IS THE AMOUNT I NEED ON THE CREDIT CARD. SO I WENT TO THE SASWITCH MACHINE AND IT SAID NO FUNDS AVAILABLE. I PHONED SPOKE TO LENARD AND HE COULD NOT SE ANY PROBLEM ON THE ACCOUNT HE SAID I SHOULD BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY. SO I WENT TO ANOTHER SASWITCH MACHINE. I TRIED TO WITHDRAW AGAIN BUT STILL NO FUNDS. PHONED ABSA AGAIN THIS TIME SPEAKING TO A NOT SO FRIENDLY LADY. SHE SAID THAT THE MONEY IN MY CREDIT CARD WILL TAKE 24HOURS TO CLEAR. BECAUSE MY STATUS IS NOT SO GOOD. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT VIA INTERNET BANKING IT SAYS BALANCE (EXAMPLE R 5000) AVAILABLE BALANCE R 5000) UNCLEARED AMOUNT R 0.00. NOW WHAT NEEDS TO CLEAR? I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY. WHY DO THEY MAKE UP RULES AS THEY GO? OR MAYBE THEY DONT KNOW AND JUST SAY WHAT THEY THINK THEY KNOW??? I AM VERY ANGRY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM WITH ABSA.
