I have reported my card lost. and am now awaiting for a new one that can take up to 6 weeks.
the lady on the phone said i can ask a store manager if they can assist me with a temporary card.
i phoned Woolworths in my area and they said no stores do temporary cards. Why did the lady in the call centre not know this.
I am upset because now i cant shop for 6 weeks.
this is bullocks. unfortunately i need to buy a few things at Woolies urgently, but now i cant.
thanks for the confusion, and thanks that i have to wait now. maybe i should just cancel my card comletely.
Edgars gave me a card the second i went instore and reported it.
