Bad customer service and no follow up

About 3 weeks ago I went into the Vodacom shop at Parow Centre asking what phones were available for my upgrade on my plan. The agent seemed to look behind me as we spoke and I managed to order the phone that I wanted. A few days later I went in to pick up the phone only to be told after a few minutes of sitting that they were offline. No one bothered to share that information with me as I waited only when I spoke to the consultant was it mentioned. He told me to come back later, perhaps in half an hour. When I returned almost 45min later they were still not online. I asked if he could call me when they would be online again. It was been about 2 weeks and I am still waiting on that call. They also always appear to be SO busy but often just seem to be sitting there not wanting to assist the people waiting in the store. This has been my experience both times.
