Ad bad bad customer service all round

I have 4 cellphone contracts with vodacom. it was a good network to be with for all the 10 plus years ive been surporting them . 13 March one of my contracts were due for an upgrade only to find out that vodacom specials at some stores do not apply to upgrade clients. meaning if you are an existing client you get penalised. ive checked other networks like cell c and mtn and they have far better deals. vodacom contract deals are just much more pricey than other networks. i called in to vodacom upgrade department and they informed me that i can go in to one of the stores with a brochure of another network and they can do a deal match. i went in to golden acre vodashop and spoke to Lovemore.i think he is the branch manager. i first got ignored after asking them for a deal match, then when he helped me he said i must just take the deal or go somewhere else.that was Saturday 23 March 2013. after insisting that he call in to find out he says that they cannot do it because they a franchise store. later that day i go into the branch at century city . the store next to ocean basket. i was helped by steven and was promised a call by Wednessday. its over a week later and im still waiting.
