I'm due for an upgrade and would like to upgrade to the Samsung S4.
But Vodacom cannot match Cell C or MTN when it comes to the Samsung S4 Packages.
I have mailed Vodacom customer care and they have confirmed that you can match their deals.
(I must go to any vodashop, with competitors special and my ID document)
I went to branches in Centurion and I just return from Vodaworld in Midrand.
But no vodashop store or customer care could match the competitors deals.
Thank you for waisting my time and providing me with the incorrect information, also no vodacom employee was helpful with this request (But were great at looking confused)
I mean cellc is offering the S4 with 100 Minutes, 100 sms and 1 Gig of data for R399,
MTN is offering the S4 with 200 minutes, 200 sms and 250 MB of data for R399.
Vodacom is offering the S4 with 75 minutes, 75 sms and 75 MB for R430.
If you get the S4 it is to be online the 75 Mb of data is a rip off.
I will wait for my contract to end and get a better deal from your competitors.
Or Vodacom Match their deal and keep me as a custome
