Poor sevice (deal match)

Hi. I have been a satisfied customer with vodacom for the past 9 years. However, over the past 1 month I unfortunately have changed my opinion. It all started when I had seen an excellent offer from 1 of your competitors- Cell C. Offering an iphone 5 16gb with 200 anytime minutes, 200 sms/mms and 500mb data for R399. This could only be compared to the smart light iphone package from vodacom (75 off-peak minutes, 100sms, 150mb data for R399). i had then called cancellations department at vodacom to cancel my contract, my fathers contract (17years) and mothers contract (12 years). the team leader (sheryl) had asked me not to cancel just yet, but to fax a copy of the Cell C offer and a copy of my ID to admin department to possibly do a 'deal match'. Vodacom kept on delaying responding to me and eventually did send me a 'tailored deal' package deal that still did not meet the deal i had put forward.
I have made endless calls to the call centre and nobody takes responsibilty for the matter at hand.
In waiting for Vodacom to respond I had missed the Cell C offer!!
My contract is due for upgrade currently and is for renewal in march.
