I am due for an upgrade with Vodacom. I have been trying to get them to match a deal with Cell C for an I-phone 5. NO LUCK. I have been with Vodacom for over 10 years now with an average spend of R1500 per month. They are about to loose a very valuable client unless they come to the party! Can someone from Vodacom please contact me so I can know whether I am going to stick around or move to another network! I would like to finalise this, but this has been dragging on forever now. I am reluctant to move from Vodacom because in general I cant complain about them or their coverage and I have been with them forever. But at some stage they should realise that money talks.
