No responce to my claim

I submitted a claim via e-mail on the 17th December 2013 and subsequently submitted the same claim via fax. I received an SMS on the 20 December 2013 to say the claim had been received (Reference 7486275). I have not heard anything further from MTN SP Insurance and have sat on hold for over 3 hours. My last call of over an hour was just cut off while I was holding. I have yet to speak to anyone from this company!
