When my current iPhone contract came up for renewal, I gave vodacom a call wanting to upgrade to the new iPhone. They advised me that there was no offer comparable to the Cell C iPhone contract, but that I should head into a store and ask them to do a Deal Match. I have been in and out of the Vodacom store in Blue Route mall about 6 times, trying to find out an update on whether this is even possible. This has been going on for more than a month, and it's still no clearer if Vodacom are even in a position to be able to keep my business. At this rate I am cancelling my contract, and moving to Cell C, since Vodacom can't even tell me if they can or can't match the CEll C deal.
