Send cancellation request 23 Oct.
Number ported to Afrihost.
STILL being billed by MTN SP
Reported 24 Dec, they admitted their fault.
Reported again 7 Jan.
Put through to Cancellations - call terminated.
Returned call, put through to Cancellations - 20 min wait - hung up
Tried for a third time. Transferred to Cancellations - I abandoned call after being on hold for 1hr 26 mins!!!
They are at fault, the problem has been escalated and yet I still cannot get to speak to Cancellations Dept and hey have yet to respond.
