On 23 January 2013 I upgraded to a black iphone 5 (vodacom). i was told that the phone would be delivered on the Friday 25 January 2013 or Monday 28 January 2013. The phone was not delivered as promised and when i phoned the operator said that the phone will only be delivered in the following two weeks as they have no stock in black. i stated that i want the black iphone and would rather wait. I received my simcard and upon receiving it i phoned autopage's upgrade devision to enquire as to the date which my iphone would be coming as i already received the simcard. upon request the operator indicated that my WHITE iphone will be delivered in the next 2-3 days. i clearly indicated that i will not accept a white iphone! she promised to change it to black.(do not understand why it was changed in the first case). today autopage delivered my WHITE iphone!! i had to send it back as i stated on various occasions that i want a black one. i phoned Autopage's upgrade division, Bianca said that the change would take another 2-5 days. Bianca made it sound like i was responsible for the error.
