I had upgrade pending, I made it very clear to the operator that I will only upgrade my contract if I get a black speed stick as I already have the white one. I mentioned to her that at least 5 times it has to be the black modem as I do not like the speed of the one. First she told me there is no black ones in the company which I knew was not true and eventually after much deliberation she said there is black ones and she will upgrade it for me but it will cost R129 a month. This i agreed too, and waited 3 days for my modem to be delivered. It was delivered to my place of work and when I got down to accept the package the delivery guy did not want me to check the contents until I signed for it. So much to my dismay I signed for it and opened the box only to see it was the wrong modem. Now I didn't break the seal on the actual box the device was in as I could see it was not what I requested and I instructed him to take back the device to which he assured me was not possible. So, I had to call u ppl again. I called again a week later and then finally they told me it will be collected in 3 days..i am still waiting for ANY kind of response and im still paying R169 for a R99 deal.
