Last month one of cell c consultant called me for upgrade on my number 0743887054 I applied for BBC9790 white then on the 11th of October the phone was delivered but it was black. I settled for the phone, then on the 15th October I received a second phone white in color night called the consultant and ask him if I can take the site phone and return the black one he said its possible but I need to call to ask cell c to collect the other phone
When I called I discovered that he applied for two new lines and not upgrade which made me to have 4 contracts no requested them to cancel the two lines and process upgrade as I can not have 4 contracts, how am I going to pay them. Since then I have been calling cell c requesting them to collect the phone they have not collected the phone and they are debiting my account, I have some bank charges where they debuted my account and there were no funds so I need my money and the one I paid for the charges. I would really appreciate if the can collect the phone and cancelled the two contracts. I have not opened the white phone its still in the box really cell c is doing reckless lending how can one have 4 contracts. Pls I need this to be sorted out
