Still no phone after so much hassle!!

After not being able to receive my cellphone after upgrading due to personal reasons, my phone was returned. A few weeks later (6 Jan 2014) I continued to redo my upgrade. I went online to Vodacom to do it but there were just a few fields asking for my email address, cell number etc and that a sales consultant would get back to me within 24 hrs. This never happened so I phoned the online upgrades department myself and we had to cancel my previous upgrade and redo the upgrade. The consultant I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and really handled everything well. The only thing is, he said that they did not have stock of the black version of my phone but only the white version (contradicting what the Vodacom website says) so i said that's fine I'll take the white version as it is the one I would prefer anyway. Seeing as they "had stock" of my phone and promise free next-day delivery, I expected my phone the next day or at least the day after that. I still have not received my phone but received an SMS stating that my phone is on back order even after i was told that they had stock. After two months of hassles with my upgrade i still don't have my phone. Unacceptable.
