I took a R349 p/m x 24 on MTN 500MB internet package and was delivered the wrong TV set twice. The catalog states that the TV is a 40" 3D TV and the one I received the 2nd time was a 40" but not a 3D TV.
The reason I took the contract was because it was advertized so in the catalog. The dealer says Its not their problem. Mtn says I must go to the dealer. So where do I go to rectify the problem?
