2 months ago I was eligible for an upgrade although I was hesitant because I saw better deals with other service providers, so at the time all i wanted to do was cancel my contract and go to another service provider. When I called to cancel I was promised services from Vodacom that clearly cannot be delivered. When I called for the cancellation, there was a promotion running at the time on the S4 smart S package, along with the 200MB, 70mins, 200sms I would receive 1G promotional data for the 1st 6 months... OVER AND ABOVE this I was promised an extra value added service where I would receive 1G for the full 24 months, needless to say, I have not received data as promised, only the data thats part of the contract which is 200MB and this seems to be a continuous problem as this is the 2nd month this is happening. I am extremely disappointed in Vodacom, I call Vodacom and nothing is done even after the 24/48 hour time span as promised. I have all relevant sms from sales consultant in regards to the deals as promised. This upgrade has turned out to be a very big mistake and I regret taking it up, I should have changed service providers and not bought their so called "promises".
