Very angry and dissatisfied client

Phone contract through Nashua Mobile. Contract renewed Aug/Sept 2013. Upgrade fee of R90.00 charged which is correct Std Bolt MyGig 2 of R349.00. 09/2013 accout correct. 10/2013 account charge R499.50 for Migration Subs pro-rata. Nashua cannot answer us what this amount is. Cancelled the 2Gb in 11/2013 and purchase 500Mb for R99.00 per month. 11/2013 acc we are charged an interim fee for R79.83 for 500Mb from 21/10 to 15/11 R99.00 for 500Mb for new month R349.00 for cancelled 2Gb. 12/2013 again R99.00 for 500Mb R349.00 for cancelled 2Gb. 01/2014 again R99.00 for 500Mb R349.00 for cancelled 2Gb. Many calls later still no joy still being invoiced incorrectly and no credit refund as yet. According to me they owe us:
o 10/2013 - R499.50 (migration subs which they cannot explain what this is as we have paid R90.00 for the upgrade)
o 11/2013 - credit for the MyGig2 which was cancelled and 500Mb instituted and we paid R79.83 interim for this
o 11/2013 - R349.00 (MyGig2 cancelled)
o 12/2013 - R349.00 (MyGig2 cancelled)
o 01/2014 - R349.00 (MyGig2 cancelled)
Total of plus/minus R1, 546.50 plus pro rata credit for the MyGig2 of 11/2013.
Help please, help!!!
