I applied for vehicle finance and it was declined. My dealer could not tell me the reason. The dealer said "They gave no reason" By law MFC is required to give me a reason. When I approached MFC for vehicle finance, They told me I have to work through the dealer which I did. Now they are not giving the dealer a reason. I need to know. If there is a problem, how d I correct it. I call the "CARE LINE" and the phone just rings and rings. The service is appalling. I want to know why my finance was declined, By law they are obligated to do so.
