Today I was very disappointed by the Game in KC and the incompetence of the staff there. I had to speak to four different associates before I could track one down who could advice me about the combo special on the Addis totes advertised in this weeks catalog. It was advertised on pg 14 of the, a 45l and 30l tote for R99. I paid for the totes and was proceeding out the store when security ran off with my receipt. I waited while it was passed from individual to individual eventually given to a lady who ran off to the back somewhere with it After a time I went looking for her. She was busy on the phone with the catalog in front of her looking at the deal I had just purchased. When she finally got off the phone she proceeded to tell me I must pay extra for the small tote. I had spent way too much time waiting for the staff to get their act together. I told her I paid for the combo, its right there in the catalog, my receipt says Addis tote combo R99.00 paid for. I didnt wait around to have more of time wasted. I am completely appalled at the lack of knowledge on specials, merchandise and customer service at Game KC. Truly a disgrace.
