Purchased a Tata Zenon 2.2 diesel inJuly 2013

We were very happy with the vehicle until it started leaking oil with only 5400km's on the clock.after requesting the branch to fetch the vehicle we were forced to contact Tata sa to assist us before it was done. This occured 6 weeks ago. The garage then informed us of 3 different things that was apparently wrong with the vehicle which to date has not been repaired. They have to date not indicated whether they are sure what is wrong and apparently are awaiting a part from India-which I am not sure is the problem.we have made various phone calls to the dealer as well as Tata sa and after hundreds of rands of airtime still do not have the vehicle. We have been without a vehicle for 6 weeks now and they say it is not their problem.today after the upteenth call they said we must write another e-mail to enable them to look at our problem. I feel that we have had problems from day 1 starting with the delivery number plates and towbar which after a second trip to the dealer was sorted out. The area manager of the dealer refuses to return our calls to rectify the matter and tata sa is not very supportive.
