Wesbank has no internal communication processes

Hi

A car dealer applied on my behalf for a car loan from Wesbank on Wednesday (10-04-2013), near the end of of the day the loan was APPROVED.

Today, another car dealer goes through the exact same process but for some reason, Wesbank all of a sudden has a problem with my loan application.

Less than 24 hours after the FIRST APPROVED loan application, Wesbank now has a problem with a second loan application from a different dealer? How in the world is this possible?

How can Wesbank NOT know that its the EXACT same person applying for a loan? The only difference is that its for another car and another car dealer.

Wesbank seriously needs to get its internal communications up to scratch.
