Working as a Bartender i was looking for the best shoes to spend my shift in, something stylish yet functional. When i saw the Amaretto (by Crocs) in the Core catalog i inquired immediately. I went in and was fitted on the 8 July and paid the full amount (R796.86) A couple of days later my order arrived, and i promptly wore the shoes to work only to find that they were too small and after 10 hours on my feet caused great discomfort. The next business day I went back to Core to try and exchange them only to be told that it is out of their hands, because it is not their product. I found it advertised in their catalog which states that they are the sole proprietor of these shoes (Not even the Crocs company themselves sell these). I was severely disappointed, because I paid a lot of money for something that they fitted me for and now i sit with a brand new pair of work shoes Ill never wear. The Core logo states: " We don't just sell products, we Service People" I tend to disagree.
