Virgin Mobile, so disappointed

I have 2 contracts with VM... when one of the contracts was about to expire, I gave them 30 days notice of my cancellation. I was told it would be cancelled and all accumulated airtime, received from the contract would turn into prepaid airtime and then the sim would function on prepaid.

Thinking that the contract was cancelled, I go and purchase a data bundle for R300 since I am no longer on contract and the Internet isn't free anymore... It seemed like a smart thing to do with my now prepaid airtime. The airtime went down r300

i phoned them just to confirmed everything, this is when I found out it wasn't cancelled like they said it would be... It was only cancelled 2 weeks later... I had to pay now for an extra 2 weeks. Further more the R300 data bundle I bought, just disappeared. When I queried it they said they don't transfer data. I was then left with r500 airtime... Apparently R950 isn't actually you airtime... So they took my R300 that didn't. Now I get a bill of R1024. They charged me for the R300, even though it reflected that it cleared out of the airtime balance.

So because of their negligence I lost airtime, data and money...
