AIRTIME DISAPPEARANCE

I bought 80 rand credit yesterday.

I hardly used the phone after loading it, but I did get a confirmation message that I had over 100 rand credit.

Today I have not been able to send or receive messages, I have no data connection etc, so I decided to check if I can even connect to the network and dialed the code to check if I have airtime. It now reads that I have R0.00?!?!

Iv'e now JUST recieved a message saying "Thank you for staying in touch by recharging with R29.00" - Which I didn't do. Virgin?!

I DEMAND that I be reimbursed for the airtime that has just disappeared somehow. I'm so sick of the endless issues with this network, you've lost a customer, and no doubt many others. The only thing you're consistent at is signals and bad service.
