I got the internet bundle Lite pro a year ago which state 3 gig fair -use there after its get throttled down to
256 Kbps that was fine I had no problem until 6 Jan 2013, and then I get a download speed 22 Kbps -36 kbps
it took a 3 Mb mp3 to download 8 hours in the past 15 mins (after 3GIG fair-use) so I though I'll phone the call centre for some assistance what a mistake, I first phoned to find out if my fair use is finished so the consultant checks and confirmed that I still have fair-use and tells me to phone coverage so I phoned coverage to my surprise after telling them my story and mentioning that I've had the contract for a year I still get told how my fair-use works.
I left it to around the 17 Jan 13 hoping it's a tower problem, since customer care has explained my fair-use to me 4 times that was going nowhere fast. I get sms on the 22 Jan 13 I've reached my 3gig fair-use, so I email webmaster customer care at least I get REF number, 'they'll investigated and I'll be contacted soon" I'm still waiting after I resent it 3 times still nothing. I phoned on the 2 Feb 13 telling them my internet is still very slow under the advertise 256 Kbps and ping is still spiking, no help
