Mtn tower in Bothaville on Senwes silo is running at very slow data speeds. I also receive lots of other complaints about this tower at my IT shop. Test conducted on 09 June 2013 11:40:01 AM Download Speed: 91 kbps (11.4 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 436 kbps (54.5 KB/sec transfer rate) Latency: 144 ms.
I started complaing about this more than a year ago but yet no improvement. During the week I complained to MTN coverage again, but the lady told me they cannot give me a refference nr about the problem and that they do not accept complaints about speed. Please MTN do not call this broadband because it is not.
