I got myself the mtn uncapped lite, in December. After the 3 gig the fair deal thing kick;s in then i am limited to the 256kbps witch is great i used to be able to brows and download at - 40-80 kbps. for the past 2 - 3 weeks its so slow i cant brows or download. it goes of for the whole day every now and and again its not worth the money i spent to get antenna's and cables for my router. i am on a farm, i have no other solution for uncapped, but at my current speed i might as-well get the 8ta 10 gig, at least i will be able to use the internet. i need to get a solution from mtn otherwise i will cancel the contract no one can tell me that i can not cancel it cause mtn didn't meet their end of the contract, i have proof of all my slow download speed, my brother in law also have the same package on the farm and this contract will also be cancelled, mtn used to be one of the best, but the last 2 years they became the worst network. and the service is also very bad. Another thing i cant understand is their website its so non user friendly and there is no info on new packages or contracts or anything. i already changed my voice contract to vodacom and i am not regretting it.
