Well, here I am again!
And I will keep complaining until something is done about this. The last 3 days my internet connection is dead slow again.
I know MTN will respond with the following: "Kindly note that the fair usage limit has been surpassed and the data throughput has bee throttled and will be reset on the 21st..."
This I understand, but funny enough, after I complained the last time my internet speed quickely got restored to 5 times what it was. So this tells me, they can give me that speed, even after "we" have gone past the fair usage.
Please MTN, get your speeds up to scratch, so we can benefit from a service we pay for.
